		<description><![CDATA[I love making pies/tarts this way. In fact, I usually do this in a pie pan and fold over the crust as you&#039;ve done. It makes for a doughier crust sometimes but it works well when using juicier cover-your-oven-in-drippings kind of fruits. ;-)]]></description>
