I never thought such a simple batter could taste so yummy. :) and by the way, i did serve them with the vinegar on the side and it was awesome. thanks for the great recipe. simple and impressive!

One of my favorite foods is green beans and sauteed mushrooms. I do a version with shitakes, a little chilis and a splash of soy but butter sauteed button mushrooms are great too.

We quick-fry a lot in a wok. Some olive oil, garlic and then at times some Wisconsin cheese melted over the top.
