I live near Pittsburgh, but visit Walnut Cheese Nook when visiting back home(Mifflin). I think this recipe may be very close to the one my Grandmother made at Thanksgiving every year. I’ll let you know.

Makes a person ponder how different our climate will be in another few decades. All the more reason to seek out local food sources so we can try to reduce enviornmental impact. As for the corn, it’s really fabulous. I took another batch of it to a potluck over the weekend and it was a huge hit. Assuming you didn’t dry your own corn (yet), look around some specialty markets and you should be able to fine a brand called “Copes” to supplement until you can start drying your own next season. :)
