		<description><![CDATA[Tried this last night. It was so yummy my meat-and-potatoes dad ate it as well as my 3 year old! Thanks for the great recipe. I ended up boiling the cauliflower so it would be a smoother texture (dealing with picking people!) and it was still delicious.]]></description>
