OMG! These were so amazing. We made the dough from scratch from the recipe you suggested. OMG! We topped them with a fresh basil and cilantro pesto. Thank you so much for this recipe. It was our first time cooking with kohlrabi. So delicious.

Made these tonight for dinner, I must say they are pretty tasty. My co-worker gave me a Kohlrabi to try from his garden , and I'm glad I stumbled upon this recipe. My husband isn't a big fan of veggies he gave it a 7 out of 10, which is pretty good for him. The only thing different I did was use ground ginger, and I also put the Kohlrabi/Squash mixture into a food processor and pulsed it a few times, then added the green onion and radish. Thanks for posting!

Hi - 2007 - Hope you are still there in 2011!

My first time here, first year with a CSA and new to plant based eating (hubby had a heart attach - good motivation - he is doing well)

I will try these this week, but thought wonton skins might work well, too - what does everyone think?

Thanks

I'm one who also got some in a CSA box. My sister belongs but she's in Canada for the next two weeks and I got her box for 3 weeks. Excellent stuff. I had two lovely ones and several nice squash. I googled to find something different and found this site. Love the recipe. I did tweak it with some Mrs Dash Caribbean Citrus and some nutritional yeast for a cheese/butterish flavor . Next time I'm adding some marinated tofu and making it into a vegetable pie for a more complete meal.
